I enjoyed the generous size of the towels provided in my room! I found convenient plug sockets, great for using my hairdryer and phone charger. The complimentary toiletries were a lovely addition.
The full-length mirror was slightly dusty, so I couldn't fully appreciate my outfit.

Service was prompt. I found it efficient and very pleasant. Staff addressed all needs quickly and with a smile, and I felt genuinely cared for . They were always available and helpful.

kitchen noise expensive room
The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the high street shops.
The most expensive room I booked was directly above the kitchens. A constant jet engine-like noise and vibration continued for hours. This completely ruined my night I complained, and was told it bothers some guests. It was not worth the price.

the room had good facilities. i liked the coffee machine. the mini bar was also a plus (i had a soft drink).
the light came through the shutters even when closed. the building is very close to a busy road. it was noisier than i expected, and i found it hard to sleep.

friendly staff clean rooms italian restaurant
I found VERY friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were beautiful, lovely and clean, WITH a mini bar. I especially enjoyed the Disaronno liquor and the AMAZING little Italian restaurant. Parking was also available, super convenient.
The room overlooked the main road, so it was noisy when the window was open. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The double room was completely luxurious. The service was prompt. the location was excellent and very central. the restaurant attached was nice.
The road was quite noisy, and there was no ac in the room. This made it very hot.

I appreciated the hotel's perfect location near the town centre. The car park was helpful, and the electric car charging points were a bonus. My double room was very nice and clean and had ample tea and coffee. I also found water and toiletries available, including an air conditioning unit, useful, as the room became warm.
I noted that the room could benefit from additional plugs or USB ports. The emergency light was bright, noticeable when the room was dark.
