The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good portions and I especially enjoyed the baked beans. I found the hotel's location very convenient for visiting family. Our dogs felt very welcome here and had enough space to rest.

I've visited a few times this year, the staff are polite and always helpful. The breakfast has some great options. the hotel's location works well for me, as it's close to prospect park, where i like to walk my dog. parking proved easy. I found ample space for my van.
the sink in the room had only a very slight trickle of water.

the double room was adequately sized it included tea making facilities i found the beds to be quite comfortable breakfast was served next door and i had no issues accessing it it was a good sized portion i thought. parking was ample at the hotel there was a large car park , made arrival easy i did not need to worry about finding a space. the staff were polite and friendly throughout my stay i found them helpful when i had questions regarding local amenities.
the exterior of the building looked like it needed some work and i saw builders fences in certain areas
