The staff was so friendly, and i loved how easy it was to check in and out. the facilities are great. I especially liked that i could cast to the tv using wifi. i felt relaxed . The attention to detail made it special.

I noticed some homeless people nearby. I think it is because the hotel is near the train station.

i found the staff friendly and polite. they were helpful as well. i enjoyed a nice breakfast.. it was limited, yet a healthy start to the morning. the location was convenient to victoria station.

The room cleaning was not ideal. i returned around 4 p.m., and the room was not yet cleaned. i requested it again. The damp towels were re-hung. i also noticed hair on the floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. My room felt spacious, very well-appointed, and included a comfy bed. Its central location offered easy access to many top tourist sites near Victoria Station.

The room cleaning was unfortunately not up to par. One day I returned around 4 p.m., but the room was not cleaned. I needed to request it again and this was inconvenient.

The room's cleanliness was subpar I saw some hair on the floor. Used towels felt only hung back up damp. Housekeeping came very late each day even after requesting it earlier It made the stay less comfortable than hoped

The room cleaning was not good. I returned around 4 p.m., and the room was not cleaned. It seemed like the towels I used the day before and left on the floor were just hung back up. The towels were still damp.
