The Jefferson Inn features fifteen luxury guestrooms and one-bedroom suites. Rooms include cottage-style furniture, plantation shutters, and Egyptian cotton sheets. Amenities feature flat-screen LCD or plasma TVs, in-room safes, and wireless internet. Bathrooms include clawfoot and garden bathtubs, and showers with regular and rain showerheads. Some deluxe guestrooms feature bay windows. The Junior Suite has a king bed framed by half walls and architectural columns. The Standard Suite has two queen beds and a separate living area with a queen-size pullout sofa.

The Jefferson Inn offers tavern-style dining seven evenings per week, with service from 5pm until 9pm. The menu includes wings, lettuce wraps, grilled salmon, and fettuccini caprese. Specials are prepared daily. The Tavern and Courtyard offer martinis and wines. The inside bar provides craft cocktails.
