STAY RIGHT ON CAMPUS
The Inn at Ole Miss is a 146 room hotel located on the campus of the University of Mississippi, adjacent to the Grove, an 11-acre park noted as the most beautiful and well-known college tailgating area in the country. It is Oxford's only hotel located in the heart of campus, less than 150 steps from the Grove, perfect for game day, college visit day, orientation, move-in, or other visits to Oxford and Ole Miss. Deluxe Rooms measure approximately 300 square feet, with a large vanity counter top in the bathroom and select rooms offering a microwave and refrigerator. Many rooms have views of the University campus and the Grove. Most rooms create a feeling of home with family pictures and Ole Miss memorabilia.
Oxford's Cultural Mecca
Home to the Ole Miss Rebels, Oxford has been touted as the 'Cultural Mecca of the South.' The Inn is a short walk to downtown Oxford's square, with restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Visitors enjoy the historic downtown Square for shopping, dining and entertainment, located within one mile of the hotel. Annual events include the Double Decker Arts Festival, Thacker Mountain Radio, the Faulkner Conference and the Oxford Film Festival.
Meeting and Event Space
With over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, The Inn at Ole Miss provides services and facilities for meetings, conferences, and special events. The Ford ballroom is a 5,600 square-foot space that may be divided into four soundproof sections with a private balcony overlooking downtown Oxford, as well as the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts and five drop-down screens and projectors. The Butler Auditorium seats 80 for classroom seating or 96 for banquets, and includes audiovisual equipment. The McMillan Boardroom seats 22 around the 26-foot-long boardroom table and accommodates up to 50 guests, featuring a wet bar. The Griffin Boardroom seats 14 around the table, with room for up to 40 guests, and has a hideaway whiteboard and a wet bar.
Location and Directions
The Inn at Ole Miss is located directly on the University of Mississippi campus, near Vaught-Hemingway Football Stadium, the Lyceum, the Student Union, and the Ole Miss Campus. From Memphis, TN, take Hwy 6 East (the University of Mississippi Exit). From Jackson, MS, take Hwy 6 East (Exit 243). From Tupelo, MS, take 78 West to Highway 9, then 11 miles to Hwy 76, which becomes Highway 6 to Oxford. Take the fourth exit, Old Taylor Road and The University of Mississippi.
Services and Amenities
The Inn provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a 24/7 fitness center. Ironing facilities and hair dryers are available in each room. Same-day valet laundry service is offered Monday-Friday. A complimentary evening shuttle service transports guests to and from the Oxford Square. An outdoor salt water pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend, with hours from 9am to 9pm, weather permitting. The hotel is 85 km from Tupelo Regional.
