Double rooms feature one 1.5m queen-size bed. Triple rooms have one 1.5m queen-size bed and one 1.2m single bed. Family rooms are also available. All rooms include air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer and a Western-style toilet. Rooms offer wooden floors, clothes rack, towels, bed linen, electric kettle with coffee and tea, and slippers. Family Plus rooms, located on the first floor, feature Chinese wooden beams and windows, one 1.5m queen-size bed, two 1.2m single beds and can accommodate up to six people with extra beds. Some rooms come with patios and pool views.

The Giggling Tree has a restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine. Western food is also available. The restaurant prepares gluten- and lactose-free dishes. Drinks and small snacks are available until 23:00. Special buffets can be arranged for groups of 10 or more.
