The Even'Tide is located 35 km from Provincetown Municipal and adjacent to the Cape Cod National Seashore with direct access to Marconi Beach. It is near ocean, bay, and freshwater beaches. Nearby landmarks include Indian Neck Beach (5 km), White Cedar Swamp Trail (2 km), and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary (2 km). The property abuts the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.
The Even'tide provides complimentary Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry, and non-smoking rooms. All rooms have small refrigerators, coffee makers, 60-channel cable TV, telephones, clock radios, hair dryers, and heat and air conditioning. Weekly and 3-day Wellfleet Cape Cod beach stickers are offered as a courtesy to hotel and cottage rental guests. Porta-cribs, roll-away beds, and linens are available for rent.
