The Grasshopper Room features a claw foot bathtub, a custom tiled gas fireplace, and a patio; it connects to the Cricket room. The Feather Room includes custom handmade tiles, a double vanity, skylights, a fireplace, and a garden patio with a fountain. The Frog Suite has hand-laid river rock walls, a wood stove fireplace, a stone fireplace, and a patio with garden views. The Cricket Suite features vaulted ceilings, two balconies with pool or mountain views, and a shower/bathtub combo. The Peacock Suite offers Persian rugs, Indonesian furniture, a fireplace with hand-painted tiles, a courtyard with a fountain, and a clawfoot bathtub. The Leaf Suite has hardwood floors, a living room, a dining table, a kitchen, and two Queen beds. The Acorn Studio Suite includes a courtyard garden, a curved arch over the King bed, a dining table, a kitchen, and a vanity with steps to a washroom with a shower. Gecko Cottage includes Art Nouveau antiques, high vaulted ceilings, Persian rugs, hand sculptured plaster walls, and a private courtyard. Raven Cottage has Persian rugs, antique furnishings, a King bed, two Queen beds, and a full kitchen. Lilypad Suite features a gas-burning wood stove fireplace, a spiral staircase, a King bed in the loft, two Queen beds downstairs, and a whirlpool bathtub.
Dining Packages
Guests can request a Good Morning Continental Breakfast Basket or Welcome Wine Package. The Welcome Wine Package includes Signature Iguana Gourmet Chocolates, a bottle of Ojai Vineyard Wine, and two Iguana Wine glasses. The Romance Package features Moet & Chandon Champagne, etched champagne glasses, gourmet chocolate truffles, and a flower bouquet from Ojai Blooms. The Deluxe Romance Package includes the same as the Romance Package, but with a larger flower bouquet. The Pink Moment Pamper Me Package offers Ojai Vineyard Pink Rose Wine, Iguana wine glasses, gourmet chocolates, Ojai Olive Oil Company olive oil, and an Iguana Inns of Ojai Soy Candle.
Leisure and Spa
The Emerald Iguana Inn has a courtyard pool and whirlpool spa. The spa is surrounded by cottages and architectural elements dating to 1906, including river rock and stone walls. Massage therapy can be scheduled. The Warm Up massage (50 min) focuses on feet, arms, hands, neck, head, face, upper back, and shoulders. The Full Body massage (1 hr) relaxes and rejuvenates the spine. The Iguana Special massage (75 min) allows extra time on areas needing attention. The Iguana Plus massage (1 1/2 hr) is designed for relaxation. The Double Iguana massage (2 hr) aims to relieve stress.
Location and Activities
Located in downtown Ojai, the Emerald Iguana Inn is a five-minute drive from the Blue Iguana Inn and 75 km from Santa Barbara. The Ojai Valley is home to golf courses, wineries, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and seasonal festivals. The Los Padres National Forest is nearby for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The Ojai Valley Trail connects downtown Ojai with downtown Ventura. Herb Walks with Lanny Kaufer emphasize edible and medicinal plants.
