The Dalmar offers five dining destinations. The Terrace provides outdoor dining. Sparrow is a rooftop bar with food. Rose's Coffee Bar serves coffee, juices, sandwiches, and snacks. The Lobby Bar offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with Florida cocktails. Sip 'n Dip is a poolside bar and grill. The Dalmar Gelato Experience is available daily at the Lobby Bar from 3:00pm-3:30pm.
