Luxe Chateau King provides Mississippi River views, a private balcony with seating, a sleeper sofa, and upgraded amenities. Luxe Junior Suite features a Euro-top king bed, a sleeper sofa, a sitting area, a clawfoot bathtub, and views of the Mississippi River and Riverside Park. Classic Chateau King includes a sleeper sofa, a deep soaking tub, a separate rainfall shower and a large private balcony bordered by greenery. River Vue King provides views of La Crosse's Riverside Park. Classic Salle Queen/Queen offers two queen beds and city views. Accessible rooms are available.

The Restaurant serves rustic French-inspired cuisine with seasonal ingredients. The Lobby Bar & Lounge features exposed brick, comfortable seating, the original building safe, craft beer, wine, local spirits, and a modified version of The Restaurant menu. The Parlour is a coffee bar open from 6 AM to 2 PM. The seasonal Rooftop Terrace serves wood-fired pizza and handcrafted cocktails. The Sweets Bar offers handmade chocolates from Indulgence Chocolatiers 24 hours a day. Breakfast hours are 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM. Lunch hours are 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Brunch hours are 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Fitness
The Charmant features a 24-hour fitness center, including two Cybex treadmills, a Cybex Total Body Arc Trainer, and an adjustable workout bench. The gym offers open-matted space for stretching and for using free weights and stability balls.
Location and Transport
The Charmant Hotel is 20 km from La Crosse Municipal Airport. The hotel is near Riverside Park, the Mississippi River, and downtown La Crosse shops. From La Crosse Regional Airport, take a slight right onto 2nd Street N, then turn onto State Street. The Charmant Hotel is convenient to seasonal festivals, including Oktoberfest. The hotel offers a complimentary house car service for overnight guests from 7 AM to 10 PM to and from La Crosse Regional Airport, in addition to other locations throughout the city.

The Serenada is a 613-square-foot meeting room with a capacity of 40. The Royal Crown is a 338-square-foot boardroom that accommodates up to 12.
