The Chanler at Cliff Walk offers twenty guest rooms and villas, each with custom linens, upholstery, and designs characteristic of Newport's history. Ocean Villas feature private exterior entrances with courtyard gardens, private outdoor hot tubs, saunas, and private upper decks overlooking Cliff Walk and the Atlantic Ocean. Garden Villas include private courtyards with hot tubs and lush gardens. Signature Rooms have king beds and Jacuzzi tubs. The English Trellis Garden Villa features two queen-sized, full-canopied iron beds. The Block Island Ocean Villa has a short staircase to climb to get onto the deck with an entrance to the room. Refrigerated private bars, coffee makers, fireplaces, and in-room safes are standard. Bathrooms include double Jacuzzi tubs, multiple body sprays, and, in some rooms, heated bathroom floors and skylights.
Onsite Dining Options
The Chanler at Cliff Walk has multiple dining options. Cara offers Atlantic Ocean views and features a French Bonnet cooking suite, serving a curated dining experience. Remy's Loose serves French-inspired cuisine, garden cocktails, and ocean views in a stylish setting. The casual restaurant serves a Mediterranean-inspired classic New England menu for lunch and dinner. The outdoor Winter Garden Terrace offers a la carte dining from The Café menu from 5:00 pm-8:30 pm.

Guests can relax in the hotel's gardens. The Lounge is converted into a dance floor with live music. The Terrace offers billiards, games, a tarot card reader, a cigar roller, a New England raw bar, and a Kolikoff caviar station. A 3.5-mile cliff-side path is near the hotel.
