Luxury Beachside Doubloons, named for Spanish coins, feature sitting areas with picture windows and marbled floors, patios and balconies with sea views. An adjacent master suite villa includes a sitting area, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a shower with views, a sunken bedroom and a private exterior sitting area facing the sea and Buck Island. A two-bedroom multi-purpose suite, located above the Grotto beach and pool, features two master bedrooms, one with a four-poster King bed, and bath with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. Guests staying at The Buccaneer Beach House at Whistle Point have private access to Whistle Beach through the lawn.

The Buccaneer offers multiple dining options. The Terrace Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, featuring classical cuisine with Caribbean accents. The Lounge offers drinks and a light fare menu for dinner. The Mermaid Restaurant, located beach side, highlights local flavors and ingredients for lunch and dinner. The Mermaid beach offers beach sports, including Frisbee golf, corn hole, and ping pong. Guests receive complimentary use of ocean kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, floating mats, beach toys and games. Two pools are available. The fitness center is open 24/7. Snorkeling and sailing at Buck Island National Park are available. The Pro Shop also features a flat-screen TV and a golf simulator where you can choose from 93 great courses around the world. Horseback riding, kayak tours, island tours, and shopping in Christiansted are available.
Location & Transportation
The Buccaneer Beach & Golf Resort is located on the eastern side of St Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, minutes from downtown Christiansted and 5 km from Christiansted Harbor-SSB Seaplane Base. Taxis are available, with advance arrangements recommended. The Buccaneer is just minutes from the best attractions and things to do in St Croix, U.S. Point Udall provides sea views and hiking opportunities. No trip to St Croix is complete without a trip to Buck Island.
