The Blackwell Inn has 151 guestrooms and suites with windows that open. Rooms include a 55-inch flat-screen TV with 70 cable channels, a mini-refrigerator, and an in-room safe. Terrycloth bathrobes are available upon request. Room choices include Deluxe King or Two Queen Hotel Rooms, and ADA-accessible options. Executive Loft King Hotel Rooms feature a King bed and sitting area, with ADA options available. Stadium-View Suites offer views of Ohio Stadium, a King bed, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a conference/dining area.

The Blackwell Inn provides dining at bistro 2110, featuring fine dining overlooking Ohio Stadium. Simon's Lounge, in the Lobby, offers a place to unwind.
