The Bethel Resort features rooms in the Main Inn and adjacent Oaks buildings, with king, queen, or two double beds, plus a living area with a pull-out queen sofa. Other spacious accommodations, approximately 500 sq ft, are located steps from the Main Inn building, overlooking the golf course/cross country ski trails, and feature a large living and dining area, gas fireplace, kitchenette, flat-screen cable TV, and outside patio.

The resort features an on-site restaurant for dining in or take out. Guests also have access to The Millbrook Tavern & Terrace for lunch and dinner. A buffet is available in the main dining room, featuring prime rib, honey glazed ham, and a seafood display. Guests can enjoy the more casual atmosphere of the Gibson Room or Library, complete with fireplaces.
