The Berkman Apartments offers micro, alcove, studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom + den, and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes air conditioning, a seating area, a kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Units also feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Apartments come with 42" upper cabinets, tile backsplash, Kohler faucets, and roller shades. Kitchens include premium stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and white quartz countertops. Townhome residences feature a white tile backsplash and walnut wood-look flooring. Select units include a full-size washer & dryer, walk-in closets, designer lighting, a kitchen island, and a balcony or patio. Touch-free LATCH applications allow keyless entry using the Latch App, a keycard, or a code.
