Rooms contain either one king or two queen beds wrapped in luxury bed linens. Standard rooms include an ergonomic workspace, complimentary Internet, a media hub with rentable attachment kits, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV with Google Chromecast. Deluxe rooms provide an additional 70 square feet of living space. Executive Suites offer over 500 square feet of space with a king bed wrapped in luxury bed linens, Iowa walnut flooring, original artwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, and lounge seating. They feature a full kitchenette with a dining table and a marble bathroom. The Presidential Suite has 721 square feet of space, a king bed, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. All rooms include bathrobes, a hairdryer, a coffee maker, reading lights, and an in-room safe.
Dining Options
The Class Act Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu changes seasonally. Thanksgiving Take & Bake Dinners are available. Class Act guests can enjoy a cocktail and wine list. Maikka Lobby Bar offers complete cocktail service and food from The Class Act Restaurant in the lobby or on the outdoor patio. The hotel will use the lowest-priced entrée/menu item for each function in the agreement multiplied by the agreed-upon number of participants.
Leisure and Entertainment
The hotel provides a year-round calendar of events, including festive celebrations and patio gatherings. Summer Break Sundays feature 2-for-1 drinks and snacks on the patio during the first three Sundays in August, from 3-6 p.m. There is an on-site fitness center, as well as complimentary access to the Recreation Center on the Kirkwood campus. Two bicycles are available for checkout at the front desk. The hotel showcases over 100 pieces of hand-blown glass, student, faculty, and local art.

Complimentary shuttle service is available to The Eastern Iowa Airport and downtown Cedar Rapids. The hotel is near the Amana Colonies, which are located about 20 minutes away. Downtown Cedar Rapids shuttle service is available for hotel guests.
