advantageous location helpful staff small room slow elevator
I found the location quite advantageous. It was close to major attractions. I also liked the helpful staff. they were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
the room was quite small, especially when trying to unpack luggage. the elevator was also VERY slow and sometimes crowded.

My room had good design and minimal decor. I liked the decent size of the room. The location was pretty good, allowing me to explore everything from downtown to uptown. I enjoyed the design and cleanliness.

accessible location attentive staff efficient luggage
i found the location to be perfectly situated. it allowed easy access to various points of interest. the staff was attentive to my needs and requests. i especially valued the efficient luggage storage service provided
the absence of a refrigerator within the room was a minor inconvenience. i wished for a place to chill drinks or store snacks . it would have been a useful amenity to enhance the overall experience

the hotel stands near the empire state building within the vibrant koreatown. fifth avenue is just around the corner and provides easy access to the subway and numerous breakfast spots it is wonderfully situated

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms
helpful staff spacious bathroom
The staff was very helpful to me. They helped me find several things nearby. The bathroom was big and spacious. Free water was available upon request and I appreciated the provided slippers.
I could hear consistent, high pitch noise from the wall overnight. It sounded like a gold mine. The noise was loud, and the air felt stuffy in my room.

The location is fantastic. It is five minutes from Times Square. The building is also situated between 5th and 6th Avenue, very accessible.
