the premier rice field view room did not live up to expectations. it felt smaller than it was in pictures and the rice field view was partly obstructed. furthermore, the air conditioning was quite noisy.

I booked the grand beautiful room extra benefit. It Was superb. the room decoration features traditional balinese style. a NICE verandah allowed to enjoy the scenery. the hotel restaurant food was delicious.
i encountered minor issue with the water PRESSURE in the shower ONE night.

The hotel location is great, close to many restaurants and shops. A short walk gets you into town. despite this convenience, the setting remains quiet because it sits aside from rice fields was nice. the nature is lush.

The location provided a calm setting very close to the main road. i walked easily to many restaurants. It is about 20 minutes to the city center. the proximity to the sacred monkey forest sanctuary was also an advantage. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the pool was fine. My room was super clean and comfortable. the spa treatments were very nice. i also took part in the balinese offering-making experience, it was unique.
the rooms was not very comfortable. it was quite dark and very outdated for what you are paying. i did not feel comfortable with the towels and sheets. there was a tik tik in my room.

The location is great. You can walk to the major attractions and restaurants. it is easy to get to the sacred monkey forest sanctuary by foot. the hotel is very quiet in the evening, set back just off the main road.

The noise was a real issue. it really disrupted any chance of relaxation. the breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The choices were limited, and the quality wasn't what i expected. the fruit seemed old and the croissants were stale. the coffee wasn't great either.
