The Jungloo (jungle igloo) prioritizes respect for the natural surroundings while ensuring amenities for a stylish escape. These glamping units use materials and building techniques that reduce tourism impact and prioritize locally sourced solutions. Rooms include ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a trouser press, and garden furniture. Bathrooms offer free toiletries. Rooms also provide an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and parquet floors. Room options include king-size beds or two single beds.

Templation has one bar stocking world wines and local craft beers and one restaurant serving local Khmer dishes and Western brasserie-style food. Guests can also find an indoor and outdoor café offering healthy drinks and snacks.
Leisure and Wellness
The main swimming pool is designed like a secret lake and is one of the largest in Siem Reap. Guests have access to the air-conditioned fitness center.
