Simon's Restaurant serves meals prepared with ingredients. Milk House features ice cream, coffee, and treats. 1886 Grill offers house-smoked meat and local craft brews. Guests can get food to go at local restaurants. Simon's Tavern is inspired by the new dining concept.

Adventourage offers CanAm X3 Deer Creek Reservoir tours, e-bike tours, rafting on the Provo River, chartered boat services, snowmobiling, backcountry skiing/snowboarding, and winter tubing.
