THE rooms felt cramped. Not much space to move around, you know? i noticed the staff didn't seem THAT knowledgeable about the local area. I asked about directions to a nearby attraction, and they couldn't really give me clear instructions. the receptionist lack experience in japanese. this made communication difficult, and they could not provide directions to nearby attractions. the standard twin room was very small. there was limited space for moving around or storing luggage.

i found the location very convenient with multiple train stations within walking distance. the family mart on the first floor was a plus for quick snacks and necessities. the hotel's decor seemed modern and the staff were helpful . it was easy to access different parts of the area using the nearby walkways.

the room lacked sufficient luggage space with limited areas other than under the bed for storage.

the location was great. two metro stations are nearby. the rooms were clean, and free coffee was available. the convenience store located in the building was very handy.

our bathroom had an unpleasant smell. i think it was due to the ongoing sewer repairs. the reception area needs a better cold water dispenser. i wanted to fill my water bottle, not just a small cup.
