The room had a beautiful view of the ski area and the city. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with many options for all tastes (especially the desserts).

I asked to speak with a manager several times, but i was denied. no apologies were offered for this situation. for a hotel that tries to be high-end, i expected better customer service (i mean, come on!).
