the front desk staff were always available and ready to assist! the hotel is modern and well-kept. the room was equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The lift felt a bit small. Only a couple of people could fit with luggage.

the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, very convenient for getting to venice. the train station is also within walking distance, about ten minutes away, which i found helpful. supermarkets are located around the hotel, a definite plus.

the gym has newer fitness equipment, with a good space for workouts. breakfast included a varied and plentiful buffet. the rooms are modern, and mine had a very comfortable, large bed and a clean, modern bathroom.

the staff showed great kindness and were always ready to assist me. the front desk team were particularly helpful and professional. i felt genuinely welcome and at home because of the good service.

the hotel was very clean. the bathroom was beautiful, i liked it very much. the bed was comfortable, i slept well. parking for €15 was convenient.

The body lotion was empty. I asked for a replacement twice and nothing happened. there was only one pack of coffee provided and no milk. the soap was cheap.
