There is no complimentary shuttle service from Tenerife South Airport. However, public bus 343 by Titsa Company can take you to Puerto de la Cruz, which takes about 1.5 hours and costs approximately €15 per person. After arriving at the bus station, taking a taxi to the hotel will cost around €5.
