The hotel was meticulously maintained. Every area looked well thought-out. Our Singular Junior Suite was beautifully decorated.. it also included a steamer in the closet, a great alternative to an iron. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location is tucked away, away from the crowds. We easily walked to the stone beach.
I noticed the absence of turn-down service and towel replacement in the evenings. I expected these services given the hotel's price point and Small Luxury Hotel status. I feel the management could improve this aspect.

The architecture incorporated multiple levels and provided an exploratory experience. The design ensured privacy and calm. Our suite included a steamer, a great alternative to ironing clothes. The hotel location was in a secluded area away from crowds. It allowed easy walks to the stone beach and the local town.
The reception team was not as helpful as other departments. It impacted the overall experience slightly.

the room was clean and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. there was also easy street parking, which i found super convenient. i liked the walking trail along the golf course as well. breakfast had gluten-free bread available, a nice touch!
The gym had only one treadmill, and a broken recumbent bike! water wasn't free. I even had to pay for it at dinner, that's annoying. some doors seemed broken too. I noticed it on more than one occasion. i don't get it!

The grounds were immaculate with luxurious sun loungers. I organized a couple golf games that were very easy to do. The salt pool was a particular highlight for me. The staff provided a superb service, and I did not have to lift a finger for anything.
Housekeeping was noisy and caused disturbances.
