the family room was perfect for my needs. it was cleaned daily. the staff arranged transport to the airport and followed up afterwards. i appreciated that a lot.

the reception lobby area was closed. people were smoking there. this smell was in my room on the fourth floor.

the location was indeed great. it was close to many shops and restaurants. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.. serkan and maryam were particularly kind when i left my phone in a taxi. they helped me calm my nerves and i did get my phone back.

the facilities seemed quite old. i noticed the poor condition of some items. for instance, the toilet seat was broken, and there was dust on the fan shades. i also felt the bed sheets and pillows could have been cleaner.
