The breakfast buffet provided a variety of choices with delicious local cuisine. I loved this nice touch. The hot spring facilities were also kept very nicely, everything was immaculate and soothing

The hotel room felt quite dated. I also noticed the gangway seemed to have damages and in need of some attention.

the hotel has two distinct onsen facilities these were fully equipped with everything i needed the souvenir shop prices compared favorably to stores outside the hotel they also provide a shuttle service to the station. the staff were helpful providing umbrellas during rainy days. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options it was a great experience.

The tatami room was ready upon arrival with floor seating. Later, staff rearranged it with mattresses while we were at dinner. The spacious room had pretty mountain views. A traditional Japanese dinner included delicious hida beef. The hotel gift shop is huge! It offers souvenirs, local snacks, and frozen or jerky hida beef.

I found the opening hours of the bar to be very limited during the day (It seems a pity).
