i found the restaurant's decor very tasteful it created a relaxing dining environment. the staff were very attentive throughout the meal. i appreciated the warm welcome and helpful service i received at all times it.

wonderful experience!

garden view great attention

the newly renovated garden-view room was perfect. it was elegantly designed, spacious and tastefully done. it included goan charm with modern comfort. the interiors had great attention to detail plus a serene garden view.

The front desk staff was not friendly. They just wanted to take payment first. i requested a one hour extension because our flight was later but it was not accommodated. i felt that i was being thrown out after the 12pm deadline.

the resort featured beautifully maintained gardens, complemented by magnificent birdsong. i could sit outside surrounded by nature in a relaxing location. it felt lovely to see peacocks wandering around too.

the location is really convenient. the hotel is very beautiful, it features amazing sea views. the service i received was very warm and hospitable. i found the staff very attentive to my needs.

beautiful grounds sea views convenient location nearby attractions

i found the experience overall very good. the grounds are beautiful. i liked the sea views from most of the hotel. the location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i had no issues getting around.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in certain areas. it did not significantly impact my stay however.

The main pool area has plenty of sun loungers, i think around twenty, and a shaded section. I also noted the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the resort provides a shuttle service to the nearby sister hotel. the hotel offers direct beach access too.

i observed the staff to be attentive and responsive to requests. room service orders arrived promptly. i saw housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. the front desk was always staffed and helpful.

The beautiful room included two separate sinks in the bathroom. the room also had a rainfall shower. I liked the sitout area, it offered a great view. the king-size bed was comfortable and spacious.
