Tacacori Ecolodge features individual casitas and Eco-Studios within a garden setting, located a short distance from Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO). Each casita has an independent entrance and an outdoor space. Eco-studios include an office area and an equipped outdoor kitchenette with a microwave, hotplates, and refrigerator. Studios also provide unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, a parking space, and 24-hour security. For stays less than one month, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, weekly sheet supply, and cleaning are included. Rooms feature views of the garden or the mountain, tea/coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, garden furniture, soundproofed rooms, and free toiletries.

The chef prepares a gastronomic tasting menu of 5 dishes, presenting the concept of 'from the vegetable garden to your plate for the pleasure of the senses.' The Ark botanical Garden offers a tasting lunch with ingredients sourced fresh from the garden that morning. Healthy cuisine with full board is provided during the stay. Guests can choose fruits from the Alajuela Farmer's Market for breakfasts.
