The hotel restaurant serves Hungarian cuisine and fresh trout from the Szalajka Valley, with mountain and woodland views. The main meal is provided on a buffet basis for over 20 people. There is also an open-air terrace for 100 persons where grilled trout is prepared during summer nights.
Leisure and Wellness
This extensive resort offers a spa with a Finnish sauna for 6 persons (plunge pool available), a steam cabin for 4 persons, an aroma cell, a salt-cabin infrasauna for 6 persons, Jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool. Guests can use a squash court certified for competitions, a gym with treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, weights, and a multi-functional lifting machine. The Szalajka Relax Park offers a wood-burning PANORAMA SAUNA for 20 people, a panoramic for 8 people. From November to March, some Relax Park facilities may be limited due to weather. Guests can rent GT Avalanche mountain bikes.
Location & Surroundings
The hotel is located in the Bükk Mountains, in Northern Hungary, near the National Stud Farm Szilvasvarad (0.5 km), Szalajka (0.5 km), Szilvasvarad National Forest Rail (1 km), and Szalajka Valley (1 km). A one-tube winter and summer bobsleigh track is located at the entrance to Szalajka Valley. A new interactive ArcheoPark showcases the ancient history of the settlement, prehistoric cave reconstruction, Celtic log house, Bronze Age wattle house, Scythian yurt, and Neolithic grass hut.
