food qualityplastic waste
The food quality was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed category (maybe my expectations were too high?). The buffet wasn't excellent, and there wasn't enough variety of authentic local dishes. the beach wasn't well-kept. I saw quite a bit of plastic waste.

I found the staff very kind and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions i had. the resort offered easy access to enjoyable beach and sea activities. the beach also has clear, beautiful sand! i really appreciated that

The room featured very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. I slept soundly. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it was a premium double sea side room, and the views were lovely. all clean!

I want to express my sincere gratitude for such a nice experience. the service, especially at the diner, elevated the entire trip. the staff maintained smiles and created an amazing atmosphere. It was honestly great. the beach staff was very active and so kind. They played with the children.

My double premium garden view room had everything i needed for a restful stay. it was clean and well prepared. Housekeeping was polite and respectful. i deeply appreciated the honesty and commendable attitude. This enhanced my experience.

The arrival process was seamless. The staff were excellent and very helpful. the front office staff were well-trained and knowledgeable. Adham managed check-in efficiently and professionally. the bellman was responsive, quick, and professional. He made my arrival smooth.

The f&b service team was helpful and very polite during all meals. themed nights on thursday and friday were good for my family. the variety of options was great. I appreciated the effort made by the culinary team.
