The Surfside Boracay Resort & Spa offers 14 air-conditioned rooms, each with a minibar and a plasma TV. Rooms have separate showers and toilets. Some rooms feature a DVD player and an in-room safe. Guests can expect generic seaside wall art, drab fabrics and upholstery, and lots of pastel colors. Room options include garden view rooms and sea view rooms with comfortable seating areas and a veranda. The spacious air-conditioned suites, located on the 2nd floor, offer ocean views and are equipped with a TV, a minibar, and an en suite bathroom. The large air-conditioned rooms on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 4 guests and include a cable TV, DVD player, and a personal safe. Comfortable seating areas and spacious interiors are available. Select rooms also feature a veranda with garden views.

Surfside Boracay Resort & Spa features Cafe Nagisa, its bar/restaurant, serving Japanese cuisine and local cuisine. Surfside's Nagisa Coffee Shop serves mostly Japanese and other Asian cuisines.
