I enjoyed the direct beach access This made morning walks easy. The staff, especially Vihara, were always smiling and helpful, and their positive attitude added to the experience. I thought the location was a great starting point to explore the area!
The phone in my room did not connect to the reception. it took some time to resolve this issue. I hope they address this soon.

The staff were friendly and provided quick assistance. They always greeted guests with a smile. Aruni and Maleesha offered efficient check-in service. I had a positive impression because of their attentiveness and dedication.

The location met expectations. It sits right by the beach.
The shower head sputtered. The water pressure was low. This made showering take much longer than it should have.

I enjoyed the location. The hotel grounds meet the beach seamlessly. The two swimming pools are fairly large and available all day. The room on the ground floor was comfortable.
The gym equipment was broken and presented safety issues. The gym also lacked water. The weighing scale was out of order.
