mixed feelings about this hotel
helpful staffdamp smellbroken lock
the staff was generally helpful .
My room smelled strongly of damp, really off putting. the bed covers seemed unclean. They had some noticeable marks. i also found the balcony door lock broken, a real concern for safety.

The room was clean. The hotel provided easy access to the beach. The staff were helpful and polite. The bell boy greeted us daily with a smile.
The street outside could be noisy. I could hear it from my room at times. The noise sometimes made it difficult to sleep. The wifi was not good.

the location WAS very convenient , with easy access to nearby shopping centers and the beach. the breakfast offered a great variety of options , catering to different tastes. i especially liked the pools , particularly the one on the 7th floor , it was great.

I thought the breakfast was great. it had many choices (pancakes were available!). the room had a rainfall shower and also two separate sinks. the location was very convenient. Close to shops and the beach was just a short walk.
the street was a little noisy at night.
