Blue Heron Restaurant's seasonal menus incorporate ingredients from the Ojo Caliente Farm and the Southwest region. The restaurant features New Mexico-grown ingredients.

The property includes over 6 miles of hiking trails. Ojo Santa Fe features three soaking areas with spring-fed thermal pools heated to different temperatures.
