poor soundproofing obstructed view

the location was convenient for accessing nearby trails.

the room assigned lacked proper soundproofing i could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway this significantly impacted my ability to rest also the promised mountain view from my room was largely obstructed by trees and nearby buildings this was disappointing given the premium i paid for that specific room feature.

pod coffee machine comfortable bed tattered shower curtain old tub

The room was really clean and well appointed! The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a pod coffee machine and an electric kettle.

I was expecting a Luxury experience, but I did not get what I expected! The rooms are more Business Class than luxury. The bathroom was tired, with a tattered shower curtain and old tub.

Really good Stay at a Lovely Place

really good staff convenient valet comfortable bedding

The hotel staff were really good at every turn. The ski valet service was super convenient. I could easily store my gear. The rooms were very large, providing ample space to relax. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I found the room ventilation system to be very noisy. It occasionally disturbed my sleep throughout the night. This issue needs attention to enhance guest comfort.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, so close to all attractions and amenities. It's a perfect location with direct access to the ski area, convenient. You can skip the rental car.

decent stay OVERALL

excellent location hot tub great value safety danger hotel updating feedback communication

the hotel sits right by Sundance and Sunnurst chairs. The location, the hot tub, and the overall location have excellent value. I did not need to drive. All restaurants WERE just a quick walk through the village.

i found out that portable heaters were in use in the lower lobby. They seemed to be a safety danger and their children. It also looks like the hotel needs UPDATING.
