Suites at 249 features six unique luxury king suites. The Acqua, on the second floor in the back, includes a balcony, sitting area, closet, dresser, ensuite with double vanity and steam shower, and a desk. The Sienna, on the main level, has a king-size feather bed with Italian linens, comfy robes, a gas fireplace, and an ensuite with a custom-made double vanity and tiled shower. The Sole, a basement suite with exposed brick, offers two bedroom areas separated by a wall, a flat screen television for each, in-suite sink, mini frig, two large closets, and a desk. The Terra, on the second floor, provides a balcony, desk with a hidden vanity, mini refrigerator, flat screen HD television, plush bathrobes, a reading nook, and an ensuite with a steam shower and double vanity. The Verde, on the second floor, offers a king bed with Italian linens, robes, a gas fireplace, a balcony, and an ensuite with a steam shower and double vanity. The Violetta, on the main floor, includes a king-size bed with Italian linens, bathrobes, an ensuite with a custom-made double bowl vanity and tiled shower, a flat screen HD television, and a gas fireplace. Each suite includes free WiFi, premium bedding, air conditioning, and a safe. A Keurig coffee machine is available in each room. Select units also have a seating area. Children under 12 can only be accommodated in the Sole Suite.

Fine dining with European, Asian, and Modern American inspiration is right outside the hotel. Ravens Nest Coffee House, a few doors down, sells beverages and snacks. A list of options is available in the guest binder in the suites.
Location and Transportation
Suites at 249 is located in the heart of Culpeper's Historic District on Davis Street. The hotel is across from the Depot, where the Amtrak station, Visitor Center, and Museum of Culpeper History are located. Suites at 249 is 40 km from Calverton and Washington Dulles International Airport is the nearest airport. Parking options include the triangle lot at the corner of N. Commerce and Wausau Place, on-street parking on Davis Street (limited to two hours Monday-Saturday 8AM-6PM), and three-hour parking in front of the Visitor Center and Museum of Culpeper History at the DEPOT on Commerce Street (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM; all-day parking Saturday/Sunday). Visitor day-use parking passes are available for purchase online or in person weekdays through the Town Treasurer's Office at (540) 829-8220. This pass allows all-day parking in any downtown 3-hour parking lot.

Important Hotel Policies
Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen items in the suites. Multiple night block deposits for remaining blocked rooms are due forty-five (45) days prior to scheduled arrival. Deposits for room blocks set up less than thirty (30) days of arrival are due within 48 hours of placing the block.
