fine view special occasion small room tiny bar
The location was very nice! The views are fine. I also received a complimentary glass of bubbles because I was celebrating a special occasion. What a treat!
The room was quite small. It felt cramped. The bar was tiny and not very inviting! It lacked atmosphere. These were disappointing aspects.

Excellent Stay with Fine Views
balcony view ocean wave comfortable bed helpful staff
My room had a balcony that gave excellent views. I was able to clearly hear ocean waves. The bed was firm , but comfortable. Staff helped arrange transportation and suggested restaurants.
The minibar prices were slightly above average.

The hotel provides a lift for upper floor access ,and it stands close to the castle viewpoints. There is a pedestrian promenade along the shoreline and biking paths are nearby. The airport is a short twenty minute drive away.

i thought the location was excellent. staff was friendly and helpful to me.
the air conditioning did not worked well. my room was very hot . i had to worried all the time about the heat.

unresponsive staff poor shower
The staff seemed bothered when i asked for assistance. It took ages to get anyone to acknowledge me. furthermore, the 'superior double room sea view' i booked was way smaller than the pictures showed. the shower barely trickled water! these issues really soured my experience, especially considering the price.

daily housekeeping restaurant suggestion bath robes
my room included bath robes and slippers. daily housekeeping provided plenty of towels. the staff helped me arrange transportation and suggested restaurants.
the minibar was stocked, but it wasn't cheap.
