Dining Experiences
The hotel started as a restaurant in 1967. It includes three experiential restaurants: Il Nido del Pane, l'Orto, and Sos Nidos. Il Nido del Pane features bread and traditional dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven. The main restaurant offers views and dining rooms with Sardinian craftsmanship. The Bar Magico Tablao provides cocktails and finger foods, showcasing Francesco Ciusa's art. A baking demonstration of bread and focaccia with vegetables and herbs, followed by tastings, is available. Cookery classes offer the chance to learn time-honored recipes from Barbagia.
Leisure and Recreation
Guests can take yoga classes in the Herb Garden or on the Terrace of Wishes. A gym features Technogym equipment. The hotel has a swimming pool, along with a hot tub. Activities include biking, horse-riding, trekking, jeep excursions, kayaking and canoeing on the Cedrino river, star-gazing with astronomers, movies under the night sky, and concerts of Sardinian music. The small SPA offers massage cabins and aesthetic treatments. You can visit San Teodoro and its lagoon, a bird-watching area with pink flamingos.
Location and Surroundings
Located in Oliena, the hotel is 100 km from Olbia. The hotel is near the Supramonte mountains. Nearby attractions include the white sand beaches of Orosei (20 miles away), the murals of Orgosolo (15 miles away), and the literary park of Galtellì (16 miles away). Guests can visit the cave in the Oliena territory, called Sa Oche 'e su Entu. Boat trips in the Orosei Gulf are available.
