Sugar Mill Hotel features 24 ocean-view rooms in 8 buildings. Rooms range from 345 sq ft Deluxe rooms with 84 sq ft balconies to Caribbean Cabin Suites with over 400 sq ft of internal space plus 160 sq ft of balcony, and the Honeymoon Cottage. The Outlook offers Deluxe and Tiffany Prestige rooms. Caribbean Cabin Suites include a lounge with kitchen, a king bedroom, and a bathroom with an outdoor shower. The Owners Villa houses Signature rooms with king beds. Plantation House rooms can combine to form suites. All rooms include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, a balcony or terrace, and either king-sized or twin beds. Amenities include comfy bath robes, chocolate and coffee, safes, flat screen TVs, USB mobile charging points, fridges, irons and boards, phones, hair dryers, and luxury bath accessories.

On-site gourmet paradise

The Sugar Mill is a gourmet paradise with two restaurants. The Sugar Mill Restaurant features a menu with new starters such as Escargots, Pate De Foie Gras, Coquille St Jaques and new mains including, Tournados Rossini, Beef Stroganoff and Neptunes Feast featuring lobster, scallops. Enjoy pre-dinner cocktails at Pavillions Bar or beachside Tramonti. Breakfast is now served at Tramonti, offering sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. Guests may also enjoy Sommeliers Choice wine selections.

Leisure and wellness

Guests can relax by the central swimming pool or on the private beach, both of which have been recently renovated. The Sugar Mill spa offers health and beauty treatments. Activities include snorkeling at The Caves and The Bight. Guests can enjoy some of the BVI's best snorkelling at the Caves, the Bight, the scene of Robert Louis Stephensons Treasure Island. The hotel provides equipment for wave boarding and kayaking.

Location and transportation

Located in Great Carrot Bay on Tortola's Emerald Coast, the Sugar Mill Hotel is near Cane Garden Bay. The hotel is 20 km from Tortola West End SPB. Transfers are available to and from Beef Island Airport and the ferry dock. The Emerald Coast is between Brewers Bay in the East and the western end of the Island at Smugglers cove.
