The suite was spacious I found a modern kitchenette helpful. It included a washer and dryer these helped my family during our travel. Hagley Park was nearby the location provided easy access.
The valet parking felt costly since there looked to be ample parking in the vicinity.

The staff provided a list of dinner options. The bed felt very comfortable. The hotel location is a short walk to the city centre. Breakfast had more variety than expected for a standard fare.
The shower lacked a shelf for personal products. I had to place items on the floor. I also had to hang the hand towel over the toilet. This was not ideal.

The breakfast buffet offered different food than expected. I noted that staff quickly replenished items to ensure there were minimal waits. It was they prioritized freshness. I saw empty dishes quickly refilled with hot options.

I found thoughtful touches throughout the room. An umbrella and a yoga mat were available in the closet. Guest laundry services were also a great bonus, and I appreciated it. Breakfast and room service provided delicious meals with a high degree of satisfaction.
The hotel reception location at the side rear of the building proved difficult to find from the street. A glass-covered corridor intended as a waiting area became a wind tunnel when doors were open. This design flaw caused discomfort while I waited for transportation

The staff provided immediate assistance with requests. A toaster was delivered quickly to my room after I asked about it. the staff showed great care and attention to detail regarding luggage handling and other personal needs. I value such kindness.
