my room was clean. it was a good size. i found the stay comfortable and in a great location. the rooms were also modern.

the car park was too small. i had to drag bags around from the back of the building. getting into the entrance when we arrived was difficult. there was no breakfast or lunch available on site.

Our room had fantastic views facing the mountains. The shower was modern and spacious. we had an excellent three course dinner at the main hotel, hermitage, and the views from the bar before dinner were unbeatable on a clear day! the location was convenient and close to the hikes.

The room's soundproofing was definitely not great. I could hear every step from the guests above me. it was quite distracting at times.

The hermitage offers a great three course dinner. There is also a bar with amazing views. Both are located in the main building. the buffet had heaps of food to suit a wide variety of tastes.

The rooms have amazing views and a modern shower. Plus, there are large rooms that included a mini fridge and a kettle! rooms also included bathroom floors that were heated. That was such a treat.

The staff was responsive and easy going. all of our interactions including check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff was also friendly and helpful. customer service was definitely excellent!

The location is great for access to mt cook national park. we could not be closer to the hikes there! the spot is lovely. It's definitely worth seeing this place though the parking was expensive.

wonderful viewhiking trailground heater

the room provided a wonderful view of the mountain. it also offered easy access to nearby hiking trails. the ground heater in the bathroom was a great feature, it definitely helped on colder mornings.

the walls seemed a bit thin, i could sometimes hear corridor conversations.

reception check-in was handled with efficiency, i was impressed. the visitor information staff were amazing and helpful. the house cleaning team did a great job maintaining the room.
