constant noisepoor soundproofing

the hotel looked good at first. it was clean and seemed well kept. i had issues though. the room was advertised as soundproof but i could hear everything. people were loud, doors slammed, and the street noise was constant. even with earplugs, i didn't sleep well and that sucked.
