Comfortable stay with excellent service!

convenient location helpful staff large terrace

I appreciated the convenient location near various attractions. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. I was able to easily walk to many shops and restaurants. My room was upgraded. I got a studio with a large terrace!

The soundproofing was not effective. I could hear street noise throughout the night. Earplugs did help, but it was still disruptive. I recommend bringing your own if you are a light sleeper.

Adequate Stay in Central Location

helpful staff clear directions air conditioning unsafe neighborhood steep hill loud prayer

The reception staff were helpful. They offered clear directions to local attractions. My room included air conditioning. This was very welcome during the hot weather.

The immediate neighborhood looked unsafe at night. There was a steep hill leading to the hotel. This made access difficult. The call to prayer was very loud each morning. This disturbed my sleep.

constant noise poor soundproofing

the hotel looked good at first. it was clean and seemed well-kept. i had issues though. the room was advertised as soundproof but i could hear everything. people were loud, doors slammed, and the street noise was constant. even with earplugs, i didn't sleep well and that sucked.
