The hotel has world-class restaurants and lounges with views and cuisine. The restaurant features a modern ambiance, fawn-colored marble floors, and beige semicircle and square-shaped chairs. The St Regis New York head bartender, Fernand Petiot, created the Bloody Mary cocktail, resulting in unique Bloody Mary creations for St Regis destinations.
