The BREAKFAST was a joke. It was tiny. heating did not stay on long enough. my room was cold almost all of the time. this. it seems that they try to save on costs at the expense of guests comfort.

Fantastic Week Stay

I had a fantastic week here I was lucky to get in. This place is always fully booked! The hotel is very clean and provides everything you need. The breakfast was a 5-star experience with a good combination of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, and a cooked breakfast all made to order.

I must say, the breakfast was a bit small. The portion seemed more suited for a child than a grown adult. the heating didn't stay on long enough and the room was cold most of the time. I wished it stayed warmer during the night. It made it difficult to relax fully.

My double room was on the first floor. The bed was comfy. Breakfast included cooked English items I could choose. The host was cute and the WiFi worked well.
The TV channels needed some sorting out but I didn't mind it much.

Donna was a fabulous host and cute. She. The value is amazing. It is clean, and all the facilities meet my needs.
Upon arrival, I learned breakfast was unavailable . There was no cereal or toast offered. Just a quick explanation. It wasn't a big issue but it would have been nice to have been informed beforehand.

the location was acceptable as it provided good access to the central area.
i found several issues. the heating was not on long enough, resulting in a cold room most of the time. breakfast was also disappointing as it was fresh, but the portion size was tiny.

i find the hotel clean. the guest lounge offers a big comfy three piece suite. there is also a large flatscreen tv. the dining area seems really clean. side parking was an absolute plus because we had struggled to park during our previous stay.
breakfast felt small even though it was fresh. the heating was not on enough, so my room felt cold most of the time.
