the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness. the rooms maintained cleanliness. the hotel provided a safe beach directly accessible for various activities.

the front desk looked disorganized. i noticed substandard service throughout my stay. ants were present in my room at the headboard near where i slept and a sewage smell emanated from the toilet into the room.

we liked the location being right next to the beach. the food had a very good mix between eastern and western cuisine. i found the staff easy going and helpful, that's what we needed. the gym and the pool worked out, they are smaller, but suitable for the purpose. i am happy with the stable wifi, accessible even from the beach.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff was cute. I really enjoyed the Aanu restaurant. The quality of the foods is amazing. Anjelika, Lin and the other restaurant staffs provided great service with a big smile. The variety of food was great, so hats off to the head chef Sharif and the team.

My room's AC filters were clogged with dust. This gave me a bad cold . I checked the AC myself and noticed it was dirty
