Manor House Suites & Rooms offer garden views. Suites range from 42m² to 60m². Some rooms include a garden shower, fireplace, and patio. Amenities include air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and an electronic safe. Bathrooms have a bath, shower, and bathrobes. Located in the Manor House, the upper-floor suite includes a balcony with garden and Knysna Lagoon views. Superior Suite 16, on the top floor of the Courtyard, gives views of the Knysna Lagoon. All B & B rates include a Full English / Continental breakfast.

Due to safety concerns, the property does not accommodate children under the age of 12. The hotel is located right on the lagoon and features open swimming pools, making it unsuitable for younger children.
