i appreciated the staff. norman, athunasi, elija, and sandy offered excellent service. the recent upgrades enhanced the hotel. our room was spacious. we had a lounge area. the boat trip was excellent with captain alex. the lagoon views added to the experience..

cleaning wasn't perfect in harder-to-reach areas. food options at breakfast were limited. the general atmosphere felt soulless. modernisation is needed in some facilities. the dated bathrooms included poor shower pressure.

the hotel location overlooking the lagoon was great. the staff were friendly, i must mention norman in particular. the complimentary boat trip lasted ninety minutes and was enjoyable.

the road sign needs some attention, it had peeling paint. the shower head pressure was weak in my room. i thought breakfast options could improve.

Due to safety concerns, the property does not accommodate children under the age of 12. The hotel is located right on the lagoon and features open swimming pools, making it unsuitable for younger children.
