The hotel's location made travel easy. A tram stop was only a minute away, providing frequent service. I found many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. The room was quiet.
I noted that the room lacked a refrigerator. I also found that toiletries weren't readily available in the bathroom. I had to request them from reception. The TV remote did not function. I feel these small issues could improve the overall experience.
