My room had a smart tv which i found great. The breakfast included fresh items. The location allowed easy walks to many landmarks and great restaurants, this made it easy to explore.
The coffee machine in the room would've been useful. I had to go out to get coffee each morning.

A Comfortable City Stay

The bed was supremely comfortable. It encouraged a relaxed pace and offered restful nights. The shower had excellent water pressure. The night porter was kind, as he guided us to the car park when we had difficulty locating it, due to lack of signage.
I encountered a room lacking natural light. It differed from the images I saw online, and I heard loud noises from outside in the early hours. There was also a persistent smell of cigarettes

The staff assisted with directions and local information and were always available at the front desk. They spoke English fluently, allowing easy communication and prompt service, which I appreciated greatly. I was assisted with luggage storage. The reception area was very neat.

Breakfast featured a variety of pastries, including croissants and bread rolls. The coffee machine offered several options like espresso and cappuccino. Fresh fruit options included apples and oranges. There was a selection of yogurt and cereal available.

location was really perfect i found many places around the hotel for eat i could walk to. the room itself feel spacious with a big bathroom i liked. the staff was helpful they booked taxis i needed.
the room smelled a little bad and wasn't very clean i think. some toilets looks broken in pictures online. i hope they fix this soon.

the staff here was friendly i think, they help me with my bags and answer my questions. they provided quick service when i needed assistance and always had a smile. i really appreciate their help.

the location was quite central. i could easily walk to many places. the staff were lovely! they were very helpful with recommendations.
the breakfast started too late for me. i had a very early trip and could not eat. the bathroom had poor workmanship. things was to be falling apart.
