the apartment had everything i needed for my stay. the breakfast was a plus.
the manager not refunding my reward points after a family emergency really impacted my stay. i needed to check out early to get to the airport, but they refused. this felt harsh and unfair, especially as an ihg rewards member.

Really good Stay

The location is quiet and within a ten-minute walk to the sea. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a fridge and utensils. The shower was powerful with excellent shampoo and soap. The bed was comfortable and had wonderful linen and pillows. The electric blinds blocked all light.
There was not a microwave and conventional oven combination. I would have liked to cook different products that cannot be microwaved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were responsive when I needed my room changed. I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival and an early check in was accommodated without issue.

The hotel is near the city center and train station. It is conveniently located close to boutiques and public transport. Underground parking is available and is approached from the right of the front of the building.

Breakfast provided a huge choice in a large bright area. There was fruit compote, and the croissants were tasty. Staff kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked with a variety of breakfast options each morning .
